The book has outline of ocular anatomy, physiology and ophthalmic optics in simple language and terminology that can be understood by abovementioned students. The book has separate chapters on disorders of different parts of the eye. The clinical features have been discussed in simple language. Only the outline of treatment has been given. No attempt has been made to give steps of surgery which are out of domain of paramedical ophthalmic assistants. The book is well-illustrated by drawings and photographs. Hope this will be of use to paramedical ophthalmic assistants.
